Their eyes popped out of their little heads when they realised it was from Santa and their giggling was adorable. They loved the list and coloured everything in. On everything. Great value, absolutely loved it. It brought so much fun to them.

Our boys could not believe Santa had responded to the letter they wrote only a week beforehand. Instead of reading a book before bed we were asked to read the letter! We loved the colouring in and puzzles, great for keeping him entertained in the lead up to Christmas. I was very impressed with the quality of items and also the presentation and detail in which the whole package was put together.

He opened the letter from Santa and read it out loud as his friend who was mentioned in the letter was right there and they were both excited that Santa knew that they were friends. He loved the beautiful colourful stickers and all the fun activities. I also sent a pack to my nephew and he was super excited to receive his letter from Santa and asked his Dad how Santa knows the names of his friends and couldn’t wait to start colouring in. I will be sending them one again this year.

The kids just loved their parcels when they arrived in the post, the letter from Santa talking about their family, pets and other personal things was really cool and the activities were really awesome. They were so impressed with Santa writing to them!

About Nat the Elf

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a graphic designer and illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia. Every December, I’m employed as one of Santa’s special elves to help arrange and distribute Santa’s Fun Packs and Personalised Letters.

I’ve always loved illustrating fun animals and quirky characters, and I’m a huge fan of puzzles and craft activities, too. Christmas is my favourite time of year so, as you can imagine, I was super excited when Santa asked me to work with him to create some magic fun for your kids!

As a small business owner, I’m an advocate for buying local, so all my packs and letters are made right here in Melbourne.

The rest of the year, you’ll find me designing and developing brands for Australian businesses, drawing (of course!), camping in the great outdoors, reading a good book, and being a big kid!
